I found the story here. Basically, this guy on his webpage, claims he was shot after wiining the lottery three times. In a row.
Apparently, he has a "system" for picking the numbers effectively that helped improve his winnings. Nope, nothing obscure or illegal, just a mathmatically based system for playing the lottery and doing better than playing with out a system.
This guy, a professor from Oklahoma, won three times (plus several more smaller pots) and ended up on the wrong end of the gun. One of the drawbacks of winning the lottery is the attention it draws to the winner from the criminal element.
So this guy claims he was shot by some would be robbers but lived to tell the tale. Great story and some valuable information. Read it here.
